Panel direction decides whether a wrap looks right
A Paint Shop wrap is not a picture of a car. It is a flat UV map: every body panel is unfolded onto one 1024-pixel square, and the car wraps it back on. In most Tesla templates the side panels sit nose-up, so a stripe that should run along the car has to run up the image. On the Cybertruck the right side is drawn upside down. An AI that does not know this paints stripes that cross the doors and lettering that lies on its side.
Tesla Wrap Generator measured the direction of every panel on all 12 templates from UV-mapped 3D models and writes that map into every request. That is why a racing stripe runs from fender to quarter panel and a door number reads correctly on both sides of the car.
For context: the open-source code of Tesla-Wrap.com’s original Studio editor shows its AI texture feature sending the model a general instruction to fill the white template. Their newer AI designer’s prompt is not public, so we do not guess at it here.
